Bad Vilbel New building of the town hall and renovation of the spa house

In the spa gardens of Bad Vilbel, a new building ensemble is created by designing an extension new building in interaction with the existing listed spa building, which creates a new spa garden at the Nidda in its center. An “Orangery” in front of the extension building connects the new town hall with 1,200 seats with the historical spa building as a new focal point in the ” Spa Gardens”. The compact structure with the “glass foyer” enables multifunctional, flexible playability of the event areas. The Spa Building with its Spa Hall for a maximum of 250 spectators on the new representative “Nidda Promenade” will be renovated according to its listed status and will once again be perceived as a solitary building in the recreation area.
