The aim of the urban development concept is to develop City-Nord into a lively urban quarter and to sustainably link it to the existing urban areas. In this transformation process, focal points of use are formed and realized according to the qualities of the location in the urban space. The urban building blocks are designed in such a way that robust structures are created in themselves, which can be implemented in stages over the long term.
