After demolition of the existing building Oskar-Kalbfell-Platz 12 and the existing quarter development Pfenningstraße/Lucasweg/Friedrich-Ebert-Straße/ Alteburgstraße two new office and administration buildings are to be constructed. The new office and administration building for the GWG Reutlingen is planned in the northern part of the area, on the property part “Oskar-Kalbfell-Platz”. South of Pfenningstraße, another new building for private services is to be developed.
