On the former refinery site, IN-Campus GmbH develops an office and workshop building with a computer center as an innovation campus for service providers. With the networking of office, workshop and special areas, such as conference zones, gastronomy and other public functions, various synergies of the automotive service providers with optimized space utilization are achieved. Modular building units will be constructed on the orthogonal site in such a way that an urban ensemble will be created. The allocation of the special usable areas in the main buildings creates an urban ambiance and attractive rental areas in the public space. A green joint between the building parts connects qualitative open spaces and creates an attractive working environment.
